We want to help make your night as fabulous as possible, so the last thing we want you doing is ironing or steaming crinkles out of a dress you have hired from us! Which is why, all our garments are delivered in a One Night Only Dress Bag - ready to wear.

Shipping Rates for Overnight Courier*

Shipping charges are added at the checkout and cover delivery and return.

Auckland	$10
Rest of North Island	$15
South Island	$20
Rural Delivery**	Additional $5

*In some instances, Rural Delivery may take 1-2 days longer.
Overnight Courier does not include Saturday Deliveries. Please get in touch should you require a delivery on a Saturday.

**It is important that you select Rural Delivery if you require rural delivery otherwise you risk your order being returned to us and in this instance we cannot offer a refund or guarantee that we can get it to you in time if we have to re-send it.

Delivery

We will send you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery however, once you have your tracking number you can log into NZ Post and manage your parcel where you can request for it to be left without a signature, redirected to another address or specify exactly where you would like your parcel to be left.

How to Return

We would greatly appreciate it if you could send garments back on the next business day after your event so we can get it ready for another hire. Remember we take care of dry-cleaning so please do not attempt to clean the garment.

1. Hang the garment and place back in the dress bag.
2. Replace the delivery label with the return label, a printed copy was sent with the dress in the label pocket fixed to the outside of the garment bag.
3. You can either request a Courier Pick up here or you can drop it off at any NZ Post Shop, please ensure you take it to the counter if dropping off.
4. Hopefully it's not goodbye and only see you later, we would love for you to come back and hire again so look out for your discount code on the return instruction card in the dress bag.
